  • In this initial meeting, we will go through your health history, concerns, goals, habits, and everyday stressors. To gather a full picture of who you are and how we can help. During the initial visit we will discuss investigations and labs to be ordered, and you will leave with a clear picture of next steps. Some patients may leave with a treatment plan to begin before the follow-up, at which we will review their lab results.
